FCCLA

Students are strongly encouraged to join FCCLA, the Career Tech Student Organization linked to FCS.  FCCLA is "the ultimate leadership experience", but only students who have paid dues will be allowed to participate in any out-of-school activities as our district allows.  Dues for FCCLA are $14, of which $5 is for State and $9 is for National dues.  Students have the opportunity to participate in special leadership training seminars, District, Regional, and State STAR Event competitions, community service events, and our State FCCLA Convention, as well as other activities the students plan for our chapter.  The students will receive more information about FCCLA in class, but again, they are highly encouraged to join.
